Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Whiteboard Animate, we deal in digital custom goods and creative services. Because our work involves significant time and labor from our artists and animators, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both parties.

1. Whiteboard Animation Projects

  • Before Work Begins If you cancel your order before the scriptwriting or storyboarding phase has begun, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • During the Process Once creative work (scripting or storyboarding) has started, labor costs have been incurred. If you wish to cancel at this stage, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • After Delivery Once the first draft of the animation has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not happy with the first draft, we will utilize the revisions included in your package (2 for Basic, 5 for Standard) to correct the issues until it meets your vision.

2. Photo-to-Cartoon Services

Due to the low cost and custom nature of this service, orders are generally non-refundable once the drawing process has started.

  • Revisions: If the drawing does not look like the person in the photo, we will provide revisions (1 revision for Basic/Couple, 2 for Family) to adjust facial features.
  • Missed Deadlines: If we fail to deliver your digital file within the stated delivery time (e.g., 2 days for Basic) without prior notice, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us with your Order ID. We review all requests within 24 hours.
